which will corrode fastest?
fe and titanium, fe and copper, fe and aluminium and fe and zinc?? and which of these offers the best corrosion protection for the steel?/
Many thanks
FE and Zinc

FE and Zinc

I would guess zinc because it’s commonly used in corrosion protection of steel. Although this could also be due to cost of the other materials.

In what medium ?
In general the more active metal will provide better protection to the iron.
BUT….
Aluminum and titanium, which are astonishingly active metals, are stable to air because they form a tightly adhering oxide layer. This interferes with their protecting the iron.
Copper will not protect Iron as iron is more active than copper.
