Can your teeth recover from corrosion caused by sodas?

I have sensitive teeth and I heard that this can be caused by corrosion from sodas. If I stop drinking soda, will my teeth rebuild the enamel or am I doomed?

Enamel has no way of regenerating. Once it is gone, it is gone.

on a more serious note,if its really bothering u..u can get it bonded with composite.its a replacement to the enamel since the enamel won’t grow back.
see ur dentist.depending on the extent of the damage..he/she’ll tell u the treatment options

  4. unfortunately once the enamel is gone, that’s it. It’s alot like the clear coat on a car once the clear coat is gone the weather conditions eat through the body of a car. I know your pain though I had severe dental problems as well and it started with the enamel. so I feel for you. I don’t know what your financial situation is but if there is a coating they can place on your teeth but very expensive. I have included a link for you to view, there is some great information on there for you and I hope this helps. I wish you the best.
