    Yeah, you could use it,,, but with a small section like this, it’s actually faster the way I did it, because you would have to clean up all the edges and make more work for yourself.. When cutting out the metal on the car, you try to keep it “SLAG FREE, because on the inside of the fender is hard to clean up… Thanks for the comments REDCOAT66
