Glass Blast – 1890 Era Doctors Buggy

Glass blasting an 1890 vintage Doctors Buggy frame to remove years of paint and rust. Substrate is Wood and steel in a laminate. Was blasted at 50 PSI with recycled crushed glass with an Eco-Blast.Com H258-HO-LP All-Media Blaster. Glass was chosen because it would cut the coatings faster doing less damage to soft substrate. The metal would have needed a harder abrassive than soda in order to remove the rust. More information is available at www.Soda-Blast.com.
