Questions about scooters?

I was just wondering if i could paint my rusty exhaust pipe because it looks rather vile rusty
Also could i paint the inner wheel with metal paint, all the paint is peeling off, i was wondering if i could paint it!

You bet.For the exhaust go to a wood burning stove store and get stove paint.I’ve used this stuff for years and it’s the only paint that won’t burn off your exhaust.Just be sure to sand off all the loose rust and scuff the entire pipe.As for the wheels remove all the loose paint and paint away with any color you want
