What color should I spray my hanging flower basket?

I need something cheerful,I will be planting morning glories in it (I have one of these big metal flower basket holder).I used a rust spray paint to cover the rusty.
I thought about that color too :)
They’re purple:) yellow is it!

Morning Glories are beautiful. It would depend on the color of your flowers. A yellow basket would go beautifully with red, pink, blue or purple. A white basket would look crisp and clean with all of those colors. Morning Glories can scatter seeds so keep that in mind. Morning Glories do make you think of Spring!

  3. When someone says "Cheerful Color" I think instantly of a nice, happy yellow. :) One that is not too bright or too light.
