my new rims. american racing steels

i got these rims for FREE, they are rusted, but not “rotten” and are ok once you sand and wire wheel them.

just going to paint them gloss black, and shine up the chrome center caps and lug nuts.

ill make another vid once i get them done, or close, and show ya maybe in the process of paint.

@GerryK61 i might take your advice. lol. i jsut bought a wire wheel attachment for the end of a drill or die grinder, it works not too bad. but yea, i might see about that sandblaster

If you in Canada Princess Auto sells a Spot sandblaster for $25 on sale.
I did my 91 GMC rims with it & its a heck of alot easier than sanding. And the finish of the paint is really nice & smooth after I primed & painted them.
And my rims looked worse than yours to begin with.
